Comfortable & fully equipped self catering apartment very centrally located in the historic centre of Siracusa (Sicilia), a few steps away from Ortigia!

The apartment is on the first floor. It is about 70 m² and it is composed of a large and sunny living room with a double bed-sofa (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80 x 200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a folding bed (80 x 190 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas stoves, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment was recently renovated. It is very clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped (satellite television, DVD, radio/CD player, safe, air conditioning, heating, wifi connection, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer,...).
This flat is very comfortable for 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 6 people.

Very close to the apartment there are restaurants, pizzerie, bars, gelaterie, grocery markets, a self laundry and other facilities. The bus stop is 50 meters away and 150 meters away there is the open air market. A cheap car parking is available 200 meter away but usually you don't need it because in the street where the flat is located it is possible to park the car.

These prices are for n.2 people and they may be reduced depending on the amount of notice we have, the length of the booking, etc. Ask our best price for long rental, last minute reservation or early reservation.
